Shark Attack Injuries Minor For Ohio Tourist On 4th

She is a 21-year-old Ohio tourist who was bitten by a shark on her right foot while playing football in knee-deep water at New Smyrna Beach on the Fourth of July. She sustained minor injuries and was not ⁙⁙⁙-threatening. The attack occurred at approximately 11 a. m. local time along Beach Access 14, near Wanna Wanna Beach Bar and Grill.

She was playing football with friends when the incident happened. The South Padre Island Police Department reported that four people were injured in the shark attack. No further information about her name or identity is available.
