Central Florida hotel tenants say the housing system broken

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — More than half of all renters in Central Florida are paying over 30% of their income in rent.

With a bad knee and bad back, it's hard for Tomb to get around. A small room in a Kissimmee motel for about $1,200 a month is home for her and her dog Denali.
