The festival organizers, in collaboration with Osceola County Emergency Management and Osceola Heritage Park, conducted an assessment of the venue to determine its safety for hosting the event (WESH). However, despite their efforts, the organizers concluded that the factors beyond their control made it impossible to hold the festival at the venue safely.
As a result, "ticket holders will be notified within the next 30 days with instructions on how to access refunds."
