What: Join the City of Rockledge as we honor and remember the lives lost and the heroes who emerged on Sept. 11, 2001.
We invite residents, families, and friends to come together in unity and reflection as we commemorate this important day in our nation's history.
The event will take place at Sacrifice Park (between City Hall ⁘ DeGroodt Library) on Thursday, Sept. 11, beginning promptly at 10 a.m. The ceremony will include remarks from guest speakers and moments of reflection to commemorate this day of national significance.
The Avenue Viera will have flowers and flags available for guests to leave at the site or take with them in memory of the fallen.
What: Featuring police and fire color guards, Fife and Drum Corp and much more with speakers who were there in NYC and DC on 9/11.
