Florida Senator Randi Feine Proposes Free College Tuition For Undocumented Students

Senator Randy Fine has proposed a bill in Florida's state legislature to repeal in-state tuition costs for undocumented students. The proposal, which over 40,000 students are currently affected, aims to take effect on July 1, 2025. If passed, the bill would need to be signed into law by Governor Ron DeSantis, first navigating through both chambers of the state legislature.
