New Renderings Revealed For Miami Tower Vying To Be Among Florida’s Tallest

Okan Group, a Turkish investment firm, has unveiled new renderings for its 902-foot-tall Miami tower, roughly a month after completing the project's massive 458,000 cubic feet foundation. This marks the first U.S. development for Okan, which has 40 projects globally and diverse interests in industries such as textiles and tourism.

The developer is self-financing the tower's construction, according to a spokesperson for Okan.

Designed by Coral Gables-based Behar Font ⁘ Partners, Okan Tower takes inspiration from Turkey's national flower, the tulip. The glass-encased tower rises from a parking pedestal with an arched rooftop that holds a 3,000 square foot pool deck.

Hotel guests will have access to a three-story amenity deck featuring a cafe, bars, conference space, and a Turkish spa.
