As the sun sets over Brevard, the sound of music fills the air, a symphony of delight that promises to enchant and enthrall. The Central Florida Winds orchestra, a collective of 50 talented musicians, will take to the stage, their instruments at the ready, to perform a program that spans 161 years of compositional genius. From the majestic "Roman Carnival Overture" by Hector Berlioz, penned in 1844, to the jazzy rhythms of Nathan Tanouye's "Kokopelli's Dance", composed in 2005, the evening promises to be a thrilling journey through the ages. And then, there is the inimitable David Borst, a 92-year-old bassoonist with a passion that belies his years, who will bring to _ Julius Fučík's comical "The Grumbly Old Bear", a 1910 polka comique that is sure to leave the audience in stitches. The concert, a free event, will be a testament to the power of music to bring people together, and a suggested donation of $10 will help to ensure that the orchestra can continue to share its gift with the community. But music is not the only thing that is happening
