Southwest Florida's Standout Golfer

The SW FL 2025 Girls All-Area Golf Team boasts an impressive list of talented athletes, but one standout is Hartfield, a senior from The Village School. Her remarkable journey in golf began at the tender age of five, and after a brief hiatus, she recommitted to the sport, ultimately achieving great success. Hartfield's impressive campaign earned her the title of Southwest Florida Girls Golfer of the Year. She made history by winning the District 1A-12 tournament with a score of 71, securing the first individual girls golf championship for The Village School. Her stellar performance continued at regionals, where she placed fourth with a score of 75, earning an at-large berth in the Class 1A state championships.

Ranked as the top-rated girls golfer in Southwest Florida according to the iWanamaker rankings, Hartfield placed 62nd at the state championships. Her collegiate golf career is set to begin at Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia, where she will undoubtedly bring her exceptional skills to the course.
