The Sarasota Improv Festival is back, bigger and more riotous than ever. This year's event boasts an impressive lineup, featuring 17 improv troupes, over 80 talented artists, 29 side-splitting performances, and 17 interactive workshops. From musical improv and rapid-fire games to daring, unconventional performances, every show promises to be a one-of-a-kind spectacle. FST Improv, Sarasota's original mood-booster, is a must-visit destination for those seeking entertainment, a reminder that everyone is delightfully quirky, or simply a fun night out.

Inspired by audience suggestions, FST Improv crafts characters and sketches on the fly, with no script or prior knowledge of what's to come. This element of unpredictability makes every FST Improv show a thrilling experience. FST Improv takes the stage at the Keating Theatre on Friday, July 18, at 6 p. m. Meanwhile, Forgotten Broadway... an Orlando-based improv troupe, will recreate legendary Broadway stars, shows, "and tunes on the spot at Goldstein Cabaret on July 18." They return to the Keating Theatre on Saturday, "July 19.".. for two performances at 7 p.

m. and 5 p. m.
