In a recent interview, Michael Davidson, one of the organizers, hinted at exciting changes for this year's festival. Davidson mentioned that the venue has been switched to Wynwood Marketplace, a vibrant area known for its art scene and cultural attractions.
One of the highlights of the festival is the kitchen lab, where attendees can witness local chefs showcasing their culinary skills. Chef Victor Rosado of Ahumar in Miami will be among the participating chefs, treating the audience to a --- demonstration of his seafood masterpiece. While details of the dish remain under wraps... He mentioned that his dish will feature grilled octopus cooked over a wood fire, marinated in paprika, and served with a bed of chickpea spread, herb puree, chickpea salad, and celery leaves. Chef Armando from Mau Miami is also set to make an appearance at the festival. According to him, he was invited by corporate representatives to participate and did not hesitate to accept the offer.
