Syracuse, N.Y. — A Florida man drove to Clay, thinking he would pick up a 13-year-old girl to live with him and have sex with but instead was met by federal agents, prosecutors said.

Michael Fegley Jr. saw a post that appeared to be a 13-year-old girl claiming to be thrown out of her home in New York state, prosecutors said in court documents filed in the Northern District of New York.
