Florida's dominance in the conference can be attributed to their 15-year streak of wins from 1981 to 1996, during which they earned 13 of their 19 titles. This result is the fourth-highest point total scored by a winning team in SEC history, trailing only Georgia's teams in 2014, 2015, and 2013, who earned 1589, 1450, and 1420 points, respectively.
