The KitchenAid Stand Mixer: The Gift That Sped Up My Father-In-Law’s Pierogi-Making

Fast forward to last Christmas, and we decided to gift my father-in-law a roller set of his own, possibly per his wish list. For this year's pierogi-making weekend, my in-laws brought their entire mixer so we could have two dough rollers going at the same time. We did have more people attending, so we welcomed the additional roller, as it allowed more people to get involved in various parts.
