Fort Partners and Merrimac Ventures, two successful developers from Florida, are teaming up to launch a nearly $1 billion project in Telluride, Colorado. The project will feature a Four Seasons hotel and residential complex, with 52 guest rooms and 68 residences, each priced over $2 million.
