Becky was born on Nov. 17, 1951 in Williamsport. She was the daughter of Donald J. and Marguerite E. (Fowler) Neyhart. She married Jeffery M. Huff on April 5, 1975, who survives. The couple had been married for 47 years at the time of her passing.
Rebecca was a 1969 graduate of Loyalsock High School, where she was a member of the Lancer Concert Choir, representing Pennsylvania at the 1968 Florida Festival of States. She then went on to Mansfield University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in education.
