Women Veterans Recognition Week is about celebrating the accomplishments of our women military members and helping them overcome challenges.

Gulfstream Park cancels weekend race cards – Sun Sentinel

The facility, located in Hallandale Beach, will remain open for simulcasts and casino gambling. After a morning announcement of the Saturday cancellation, the track announced in the afternoon that it had wiped out its Sunday program as well.

Numerous South Florida events were postponed Saturday, including the NCAA Coral Gables Regional Baseball Tournament hosted by the University of Miami, while others were canceled.
