OSCEOLA, Ark. (KAIT) - Ollie Collins was the first black police chief of the Osceola Police Department.
"There was a public pool here called Florida Park, and I was one of the first blacks to work at that pool, and I enjoyed it," Collins said. "It was challenging. It was an experience."

A condo in Hammock Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of Jan. 20-26 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Nagiba Habashi, Susane Habashi-Ahigian and Nader Habashi, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 914, to Thomas Finizio, Sr., as trustee, for $1.1 million.
Robert and Patricia Redd, of Palm Coast, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 708, to RUF Investor LLC, of Tampa, for $625,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/3 and has 1,676 square feet.
