SeaWorld Dealing With Lawsuit After Fight Broke Out At The Florida Park | Cinemablend

Amusement parks are supposed to be fun escapes from reality where people can spend a day just having fun. But there are times when things don’t quite go according to plan.

According to the Orlando Sentinel , four people Aimee, Michael and Connor Johnson, along with Holly Witt, who is named on behalf of a child, filed a lawsuit  against SeaWorld on February 1.

Jacksonville Bold for 3.2.22 — Tax hike time

That's the question the Duval County School Board kicked off Tuesday night, with a 6-1 vote in favor of raising rates one mill.

As Jacksonville Today noted Wednesday, "The one mill increase would mean, for a Duval County home with a taxable value of $150,000, the owner's school tax bill would rise from roughly $872 a year to roughly $1,021."

Carrabelle History Museum exhibit examines turpentine camp

CARRABELLE - The Carrabelle History Museum is rolling out a new special exhibit this week on "C. C. Land Turpentine Camp." This exhibit will be on display from March 2 through April 30.

Clifford C. Land, known as C.C. Land, founded turpentine operations in Tate's Hell in the 1930s, starting at High Bluff and moving to Greenpoint, between Eastpoint and Carrabelle.

City of Johannesburg closes some licensing centres due to continued protests | Roodepoort Record

Several licensing centres across the city have been forced to close their doors and cease operations, March 2.

This comes as a result of protest action by various groups and members of the community.

The City of Johannesburg Licensing Department and Testing Stations have been affected by this protest. This is despite the fact that the Gauteng Provincial Government had issued the directive to change the booking system.
